Diwali is certainly the most significant festival celebrated across India. Celebrating festivities at the workplace has become one of the most critical employee engagement initiatives. At Zamil Steel Buildings India, the spirit of Diwali celebration turned out to be colorful and everyone enjoyed each moment of the celebration. A series of events lined up at work to engage the employee. The Zamil Steel's office and work stations were decorated in the morning. The decoration was followed the Diwali Gift distribution. Gifts are one of the reasons why Diwali is one of the awaited celebrations at the workplace; gifting has become a tradition to express gratitude, appreciation and generate goodwill among peers and employees.
