New CNC Beam Drilling Line Inauguration

On Wednesday, 17th March 2021 New "CNC Beam Drilling Line", was inaugurated at the state-of-the-art manufacturing facility of Zamil Steel India, Ranjangaon, Pune. Zamil Steel is going through a process of growth. The trend towards excellence and continuous enhancement typical of the lean approach sees us as protagonists of new challenges that we are also applying to our production lines.
The installed new CNC Beam Drilling Line is from Kaltenbach, Germany. This machine can make holes in both flanges and web simultaneously and will enable us to process Hot Rolled Beams and parallel flange welded H Beam sections also. The essence of this machine is its accuracy and speed. With this machine in place now, we have the capability to produce any type of structural sections like, any HR section, tubular and curved tubular sections etc.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Alakesh Roy, Managing Director of Zamil Steel India & General Director of Zamil Steel Vietnam, thanked the employees for supporting the vision of the Zamil Steel and it's growth ambitions.
